“As a non-profit organisation with limited resources, we are working with United Focus on our e-business planning to ensure the best outcome for the organisation. They suggested we download the e-business planning template they developed for the e-businessguide site.  It is an extremely useful tool for us and we think the step-by-step approach of the website and the way it is written has changed an overwhelming task into a logical process that we are much more confident of managing.” (March 2005)
